North Texas rising Juniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and who desire to attend college should submit an application to be considered for the OARSmen Program.  Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.  All files submitted with an application should have an applicant's Firstname_Lastname_essay (or photo or recommendation) format.  The deadline to submit an application for the OARSmen Program is Friday, April 19, 2024, by 7pm.
