Become OARSmen
The OARSmen program is a College, Life & Career Readiness Program. It incorporates the talents, resources, expertise and interest of the men of Epsilon Pi Boulé with selected and deserving young men in DFW, TX to forge an empowering and enriching experience.
The deadline to submit an application for the OARSmen Program is Friday, April 19, 2024, by 7pm.
The OARSmen Program
Merriam-Webster defines Oarsman as a man who rows, especially an expert in rowing; A very tough mind and body is needed to succeed. For Oarsmen, rowing isn't a great sport for athletes looking for MVP status. It is, however, teamwork’s best teacher. Rowing is a teaching example of life.. Sometimes the boat flips, but you must get back in it. You can’t always see where you’re going, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t go. There is no “I” in boat. The OARSmen Program:

Two-year development program targeting second semester high school Sophomores / Rising Juniors. The selected students begin the program as “Crew Members”. Selection criteria includes:

A signature event held annually promotes family, fellowship, and teamwork.
Who should apply?
