Clement Osimetha

Clement Osimetha has spent most of his legal career working as in-house counsel in the law departments of a government agency (as a litigator and trial lawyer), a couple of privately held corporations and a publicly traded corporation. He has since returned to the private practice of law with the law firm of Grable Martin Fulton PLLC in Dallas, as Member, where he practices Corporate Law with a focus on Ethics and Compliance. 

Clement is a member of Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity, and has served, and continues to serve, in numerous civic and professional positions, including as the Grand Counselor (General Counsel) of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Vice President of the Board of OAR Success Foundation, and as former President of the J.L. Turner Legal Association, which is the African American bar association in Dallas.
